Psychedelic Support

Preparation and integration support for people navigating expanded states of consciousness.

What I offer

I offer preparation and integration support for people who have had, or are moving toward, an experience of expanded consciousness. This might follow a legal clinical pathway, a ceremonial or traditional context, or another setting.

  • Preparation — preparing the mind, clarifying intentions, building psychological safety and skill, understanding what to expect

  • Integration — individual psychotherapy to process, make meaning of, land in the body, and translate an experience into lasting change

I'm not a psychiatrist, and I don't prescribe, administer, or source any substances. What I offer is grounded therapeutic support for the space around the experience, before and after, wherever it happens.

Origins

I have lived experience working with traditional lineages in parts of the world where psychedelics are legal, both for my own healing and as part of my ongoing training as a practitioner. That relationship with plant medicine has shaped how I understand this work, and I pay my respects to the Indigenous traditions, ancient lineages, culture, and the thousands of years spent cultivating relationships with these plants.

I aim to hold this work with reverence, care, and reciprocity.

My training & clinical experience

I'm currently completing a 12-month training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Anam Cara Centre, and I've worked as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering therapy within a clinical psilocybin trial. Ceremonial spaces and formal clinical settings have taught me different ways of working and both continue to shape the kind of practitioner I'm becoming.
