Ready to begin? Booking is simple and secure through the links below.
Select your preferred time for a 50-minute session via Google Meet.
You'll be asked for basic details, and payment info upfront (the $130 fee is charged securely after each session)
Once booked, you'll get an instant confirmation email with your details and a link to my intake form.
You’ll also receive a reminder email closer to your appointment time, so nothing slips through.

You can easily reschedule or cancel on your own using the "Change/Cancel appointment" link in your confirmation email. I will receive notification of all changes so no need to contact me directly, unless you need support to change your appointment, then please reach out.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Simply use the “Change/Cancel appointment” link in your reminder email. No fee will apply in this case.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment (or if you don’t attend/no-show), a full cancellation fee of $130 will be automatically charged to the card on file.
This policy helps protect the time and energy I’ve set aside for you, as well as for others who might have been able to book that slot. It allows me to hold space thoughtfully and sustainably in my practice.
In case of an emergency arising (even last-minute), please reach out to me directly as soon as you can. We can discuss the situation with compassion and flexibility where possible.
